I appreciated the technicians knowledge and expertise in the field. I enjoy my water system, however I feel that the maintenance costs for the filter are somewhat pricey.
Technician, (Clint) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about how the water softener works. I am a first time owner of one and this one came with the house I bought.

My service guy was highly professional and personable, and he took a personal interest in me and how I use his products. He identified and fixed several minor problems. I'm very pleased.
