Hi Andy,

I'm sorry that you are not happy with the service we have provided you. We do have a message on every page that says to call us to check current delivery times prior to purchasing and we did not receive a call from you. As soon as we found out the lead time from our supplier we let you know immediately; from there it is out of our hands.

It took a week to refund your money due to the refund process with our bank which takes 5 business days. I do hope this information clarifies the situation, and should you have any other issues, please contact me.

Hi Phil,

We usually strive to get our products out of the door as soon as possible, but on this occasion we did not have the hoses in stock. We sent out the vessel immediately just encase it was required urgently. 

I can only apologise that we have let you down on this occasion.

Thank you for informing us about this. The wrong article being delivered was due to a picking error and I can only apologise if this has inconvenienced you in any way.

With regards to the remaining vessel, as far as we were aware this had been picked up. I will get on this now to ensure it is picked up as soon as possible.

Hi Tracey,

Firstly, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately at the point of order there wasn't any stock left at Ebara for your pumps. 

We are upset that you feel that you wasn't kept informed throughout this process, but we did contact you every time we had heard back from Ebara. These pumps did have to come directly from Ebara's warehouse in Italy and this can cause delays with getting information. 

I will be looking into our follow up procedures to ensure this does not happen again and that our customers are always kept up to date.
