Product good, delivery charge a rip off !

Product fine, delivery charge expensive, told it was a pallet delivery which it wasn't, 3-5 day delivery stated on web site - but unable to clarify exact day? so had to pay nearly £70 for a next day...

Hi Fiona,

We do not stock the 200 litre vessels in our warehouse so we had to get them direct from our manufacturer. We can only work with the information they supply us. As a standard free of charge delivery they advise us that delivery is normally between three to five working days. Regarding the £58+vat charge and pallet, this is what the manufacturer charge us and told us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as we will now chase them for a reason why it wasn't on a pallet.

excellent customer service

rated 5 stars for the excellent customer services and communication,,pump not in use yet as it has to go to Barbados to be installed,, this is a replacement for the one that gave 8 years hard service
