Excellent screening

The courier didn't deliver on the day I paid extra for, I waited in all day ,and Primrose refunded me the whole delivery charge.

Excellent Lily Pond!

The item took a long time to arrive and although I knew it would, I received no update until I contacted Primrose. Their response was quick and accurate about when the item would arrive.

Awful Awful Awful

It was awful. One excuse after another over a month ( promised within 2-3 working days). Never delivered in the end.. I’d never consider buying from again except out of curiosity!
