Did not get housekeeping as per the contract. But it was a nice apartment in a great location. Too hot. Hard to cool it down mostly couldn’t cool it down.

It is unfortunate that due to heavy work loads, we were unable to reschedule your housekeeping after you cancelled at the time that had been allotted for your service. We apologize for the inconvenience to you, however, we did attempt to deliver the service on the date noted in your arrival confirmation. To be picky…. Because of nice wine glasses…what about for liqueurs?

The suite was as expected! Requests I had were dealt with promptly & well. I had visitors for a few days….maintenance supplied air mattresses for the kids ! Perhaps a hideabed would have been less...
