They were informative, however I would have liked information after payment a little sooner rather than holding back until 2 weeks before the arrival date as my holiday started prior to receiving it.

I would use CID again

Our holiday was well co-ordinated in every respect. no problems with travel arrangements, and nice hotel.

Do not hire a car from EUROPCAR

Flight, Southampton Parking and Hotel excellent, however, holiday was spoiled by the Hire car element! Arrived at Europcar-Jersey, where a middle aged blonde lady told us that there were no more I10...
