very poor services

better communication with their paying guest, they offer a very poor services they let my room out to someone else even though I had paid in full for the week just because my flight was a day late.

We were sorry to learn of the unexpected delay in Birmingham Airport that resulted in you missing your outbound flight, as well as the issue you encountered upon arrival at Saints Bay. After reviewing your booking, I confirmed that a team member had already been in contact with you and offered a goodwill gesture to address the inconvenience you experienced. Efficient service and all things booked by them turned out well. Hotel only 3 star and breakfast was always the same!!!! Got very boring. Fruit salad 95% apple and melon, not a blueberry ever. ...

Very helpful and quick to respond, booking was easy.
