Overcharged

They could not give me a breakdown on a multi family holiday I booked. I exchanged multiple emails but they did not convince me that I hadn't been overcharged.

At the time of arranging your holiday, you would have been provided with a total cost before the decision to book was made. Sue, the rep on Guernsey was brilliant. We were a day late due to fog but she managed to move my boat trip without any further costs to me. Thank you so much Sue. I had a great stay.
