East to book, excellent service and communication throughout. Descriptions of actual hotel amenities lacked some detail, and not entirely accurate.

Go with the Merton suites for more freedom.

Well organised itineraries went a bit wrong once in Jersey. Finding the tunnel when leaving the port.The suites suited us better than the hotel. Had loads of help getting luggage up to ours. ABBA...
