I’m disappointed to hear about your experience and apologise for any inconvenience caused. I note that you received your “Thank you for your order” email generated by our eCommerce system and that you contacted our Digital Support Team as you hadn’t received your SHINE log in details. Checking the outgoing email report on your SHINE account, your welcome and log in email was generated and sent shortly after purchase with a second password reset email being sent after that. It is possible these were blocked by your organisation’s IT. Our Digital Support Team intervened and manually set and emailed your log in details for you to access SHINE and complete your course. Our EMF RF Awareness course is IOSH approved and has been developed by EMF and RF Experts for a global audience. This is sold as an awareness course and is competitively priced. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further.

Massively over complicated website that didn't work. Had to get them to assign my licence as it just wouldn't do it.

There are of course times when technology fails, we aim to solve any issues highlighted to us on the same working day, I can see your issue was highlighted to our Support Team over a weekend and they intervened and assigned your course the next working day, which I note you successfully completed on that same day.
