They listened, they were honest and realistic about when they could come, agreed a date, kept us informed by text and then offered slot earlier than the one arranged when they had someone in the area...

Installed the flush pipe but didn’t seal with silicon so had to take it off again. Then add sealant and then reinstall. Took an extra 30 min and more money.
