I apologise that you feel it was a waste of time ordering from us, unfortunately items do occasionally go out of stock with the suppliers. As mentioned on the website in the terms and conditions, you were informed that the item was out of stock, with a supplier restocking date, and given the option to put on back order so it was reserved for you when it came back into stock, or to have a refund. As you chose a refund we cancelled the order and processed the refund same day.
As a company we strive to offer the best customer service we can, and sometimes we are let down by a link in the ordering process, but we do try to resolve any issues within a timely manner.
