Very good communication - an item had to be sent separately by first class mail as it was not in stock in the main warehouse. It arrived on the same day as the main delivery. I received an email...
First class customer service - i had to send my first order back as I'd ordered the wrong size, and the replacements were sent out that same day, no quibbles.
Quality service from the company, genuinely first class... Sadly the same cannot be said of delivery company; poor quality and if one had a choice, no way would we use them

I phoned and received courtious, informative and friendly assistance.
Service, goods and responsiveness all absolutely great. I found the gliders I needs, at a very keen price, delivered quickly and had a partial refund on the P&P as the gliders were just small items....
