Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to read that your order was delayed in its completion. The reason for this delay is the local craftsman in your area did not have the capacity to complete the job within an acceptable timeframe and had to be passed to another team. We normally closely monitor the activity of our craftsman to ensure that we have adequate cover. However, in the case of your order this was not done correctly, which led to an unacceptable delay. Please be assured that we are actively looking to recruit craftsman in your area to help ensure that this circumstance does not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
