Thank you for letting us know about the couriers not leaving the items as per the special delivery instructions. I will take this up with them. Feedback such as this is always welcomed as it helps us monitor the couriers performance which is not always apparant. Bob Bawden Managing Director

The pipe arrived promptly however they had despatched 160mm instead of 200mm this was replaced quickly…
The pipe arrived promptly however they had despatched 160mm instead of 200mm this was replaced quickly however the transport company did not have paperwork to collect the 160 pipe.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry we supplied the wrong size of pipe in the first instance, this was due to a rare picking error in our warehouse. The transport company should have had the paperwork to collect the incorrect pipe and I will investigate why this was not so. Bob Bawden Managing Director
