We sincerely apologise for the delay with the arrival of your order.
After looking at the DX delivery tracking information, I can confirm that this was dispatched on time from our warehouse on Thursday. The delivery company unfortunately had a delay on their side where the package was left behind at their DX delivery warehouse, therefore it was unable to go out for delivery on the Friday. Tracking then shows it was then successfully delivered on the next working day which was Monday. So, it ended up arriving 1 day late.
We understand how frustrating this can be when things don’t arrive as planned, as we try really hard to get our orders to arrive as soon as possible, but we cannot offer a “Guaranteed” next day delivery service as we know that once the carrier receives the order from our warehouse, it is out with our control.
To rectify this delay, we have refunded you the difference of next day shipping as we really understand how disappointed you are.
