The text message you received is automated by our system to act as further confirmation that the policy has been processed, we also use this to act as a reminder to the client to start organising their documents and it cannot be amended by your sales agent. There are various different documents the insurance company require so we like to get the ball rolling. Our administration team will make contact after 7 days to check you have your new business pack and remind you of the documents we require. This is why we mention it in your first text message but receipt of these is not critical within the first 7 days of cover. Your sales agent will take into account the inception date and any circumstances discussed by setting the first call to be made at least 7 days from inception.
