Not happy

I was given a price to renew witch i was happy with. Then on the day of renewing i was told it was more. Additional payment for legal cover and protected no claims. I was not told before renewing...

We understand that you are frustrated. Insurance prices have risen across the market. As a broker we do our best to provide value. Having reviewed your case and listened to all calls we feel your comments are harsh. To assist our agent went out of his way to refer your case and secured an additional discount. Our renewal invite letter dated 28/08/2024 does clearly display that legal cover is an additional product available for £27.00. During your call you refer to excess protection which is an additional £57.00. This fact is also outlined on your invite letter. You opted for both legal cover and excess protection last year. You did not previously opt for protected NCD and insurers do require additional premium for this cover. Our clients and our reputation mean a great deal to us. We do hope that having clarified the circumstances that you will reconsider your opinion of our service and transparency.
