Minitell - good but hard to handle

Minitell is good product but a bit difficult to work if your not handy with your hands, but altogether very useful for being out-and-about and needing to keep doses correct.

With regards to your question about a longer strap, unfortunately there isn't one available but there should have been a lanyard cord enclosed with the Minifone to enable the user to wear the item around their neck. Spares needed urgently

Great product. Availability of spares is a lifesaver as my father's dementia is now worse, it has become necessary to lock his pill dispenser and the original keys had been lost. Next day delivery...
