Quick and good value. However it was not clear from the website that the chair was self-assembly. I have still not been able to bang all the dowels fully in

Hi, I am really sorry about the difficulty with the chair. Firstly, it's a fair comment that we hadn't made it clear that it is self-assembly. We've added that onto the chair description, and will add to other products over the next week where applicable.As discussed today, we will be either fixing the chair at your property, or the next time our team are in your area, we will either fix the chair or swap it for a built new one.
