The vehicle that PHVC supplied was a factory built Vauxhall Vivaro 9 Seater and the seats come as a standard factory layout. We have contacted our customer to explain this.

Great, until the minibus is in your possession
Very helpful at the point of purchase and pre sale communication was good. Since then however, the service has been woeful. One of the minibuses has been broken for 3 weeks (issue with clutch)...

We were disappointed and very concerned to read this review as this is definitely not our normal business practice. Please be assured we are looking into this complaint and due to a motor manufacturer shortfall, we do not believe that the issues raised lie solely with PHVC. We will be contacting our customer directly to resolve this situation and are alreadyliaising with the third parties involved to ensure a more positive outcome for all.
