Hello Sarah, we are concerned that you were not happy with your recent purchase. I can confirm that you purchased 3 of the Milano frames. They are made from polcore which is a high quality receycled polystyrene. This is a major product in the manufacturing of photo frames world wide and we make thousands of frames a week using this material. We always use glass in our photo frames and so I am interested in seeing the frames you have received. I have emailed you to arrange collection of your frames and then we can issue you with a full refund.
