You don't take a customers money instantly then wait two weeks to ship the items, if you dont have it ready dont advertise it as in stock...

Received an email saying you’ve received the order. You’ve taken your money. Then nothing. No contact. No goods. I fully appreciate the difficult times now but surely an email update is possible?
