Medication hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I can login to pharmacy2u, but not to the online doctor which has a separate page.

From checking your online account, I can see the prescription was issued by the GP on 24.05.2021 and the order was dispatched on 25.05.2021, the order is showing delivered by the Royal Mail on 27.05.2021. Please check your neighbours or anywhere around your property where Royal Mail may have deemed safe to leave your parcel. Good Morning,Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear of your experience with Pharmacy2U.From checking the consultation, I can see once the details were completed and the questionnaire was filled in, the order processed with timescales. The prescription was received at Pharmacy2U on 23.05.2021 and posted out the next day on Royal Mail 24, after checking delivery it seems delivery was not made until 27.05.2021 due to a delay in delivery by the Royal Mail, we apologise sincerely for this.I am sorry for the above reasons you will not be using our services and again apologise for the inconvenience.Kind Regards,Pharmacy2U
