First class speedy and reliable service and reasonbly priced. Picked up in France, Monday, and delivered in UK, Wednesday in less than 48 hours. That in the week before Xmas is first class.

Hi John, many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with your feedback, it's very much appreciated. As far as i can see from all the details, your shipment was dropped off on 27/11 in Canada, a day early and was signed for by THOMAS on 29/11 in the UK. I can't see any issues with the shipment, nor any sign of the parcel being returned to the depot or dropped off at an Access Point for the recipient to collect. If however no one is at home, it's normal practice for UPS now to drop the goods into the nearest Access Point. Are you perhaps thinking of a different shipment with a different company? This shipment seems to have gone as planned and you received the service you paid for. We do hope you'll use us again in future, as we work with the leading carriers in the industry and are always happy to speak on the phone should you have any concerns or questions.
