It's important to us that we investigate where things went wrong, and so we need to look into your student account to find out. We can see that since your enrolment, there have been many emails between you and your tutor, who contacted you regularly to support you.
The reason you've heard nothing from us since, is that none of our emails were replied to and no work was submitted. As all of our courses are 1 year long (as per our website and T&Cs), after 12 months your course finished and we stopped contacting you. If you would like to complete your course, we can arrange for an extensions to be made.
We would like to offer you this opportunity to start again, complete your course and go on to achieve your dreams. We want everyone to succeed and will do our very best to ensure we support you every step of the way. Please do get in contact with our student support team to discuss an extension if you wish.
