We're sorry to hear that our BAR A60 wasn't for you. Our soundbars are normally great for people who are hard of hearing as Airsound helps make the audio sound clearer. We also recommend increasing the treble, as we find people who are hard of hearing tend to struggle more with the higher frequencies than the lower ones. Tinny sound from a tin pot outfit

They could actually reply to e-mails and telephone calls for a start! Took me two weeks of chasing to send me a returns label for their soundbar. Thought with the 100 day free return offer I couldn’t...

We're very sorry to hear that you felt the BAR A60 lacked bass, we are often praised for our bass as the BAR A60 comes with a dedicated subwoofer and you can adjust both the bass and treble separately. Very occasionally the BAR A60 doesn't pair with the wireless subwoofer out of the box, which could be what happened with your product. If you ever want to try one of our products in the future, don't hesitate to get in contact.
