Excellent service and fully resolved with one ticket raised!

Engineer tested and provided screen shots of successful emails. Upon checking Paul looked in to case further and found the hard disc was full. Resolved by deleting unused files on PC.

Paul was very patient and resent username and password and explained that we could not reset this password, only the web page password.
