Good service but should not have been needed.

The service was good but I was surprised to find that my cover had actually lapsed with no reminder being sent from the company. The phone renewal was easy apart from the fact that I could my own...

Hi John, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback which we welcome. I am sorry about the telephone feedback. This is largely due to our working remotely due to COVID and our having to rely on home WiFi (which is not always the best). I will ask our IT team to make sure that all of our renewal emails are resent if they are unanswered. Enjoy the rest of your day and thank you again.

Not exactly what I thought as there are two payments going out from my account without my knowledge. Not a happy bunny at all

Responded to my needs after I took out the insurance and changed the starting date to when I wanted the insurance to start.
