Carpet cut too short

Helpful customer service and tracking links for delivery. Shame the first carpet wasn't cut to the correct size at the warehouse.

All of our flooring is cut, rolled and wrapped in our warehouses using rigorous quality control processes to ensure orders are supplied as expected. While this issue is rare, we recognise that mistakes can occasionally occur and are committed to continually improving our processes. For this reason, we advise customers on our website not to book fitters until their flooring has been delivered and fully checked, helping to avoid any additional costs should an issue arise.
