Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience, especially after your previous positive review. We sincerely apologise that your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe, we know this isn't the level of service you expect from us and not the standard we aim to provide. Your concerns about running low and the potential impact on your boiler are absolutely valid. The delay you experienced was due to unforeseen operational issues, however we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we do not prioritise deliveries based on order type or price. We hope you give us the opportunity to put things right in the future & to continue delivering to you. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Justyna Customer Services Manager
