Dear Andrew I apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. I have spoke with our Kidlington shop and they inform me the freezer is out for delivery tomorrow. I can see Damian emailed you the delivery date of 14th November at 14:58. He should have called you as well incase you missed the email. Regards Andrew O'Gorman
