Sold me something that’s not in stock for 4months

Bought at start of December. Got an email later saying they’ll update me soon to tell me when it’s in stock but shouldn’t be long. Then got another email to say they’ll send it in March. Duh.

Apologies we were unable to fulfil this order for you. The item was showing as out of stock on our website when the order was placed and we did email you the next working day to inform you of the length of the delay. A refund was then issued on the same day as soon as you confirmed that you did not want to wait.
