3rd Avenue Guitar is superb for our 4yr old grand daughter

Service was superb. Only a few days from order and it arrived in perfect condition. And just in time for Xmas. Superb service and for a cheap guitar it's great.

Very good customer service. Upon delivery of the first package, it was found that due to the box being damaged, the headphones were missing… they sent out a new pair in the limited time before...

I asked for a change of delivery address. You confirmed this by email, but then still delivered to the old address resulting in the parcel being sent to DPD Pick Up Point.
