Nothing wrong with recorder just delay in delivery. Probably not your fault but never the less maybe you should send goods a different wys and not reply on the post office who are always on strike...

Ordered before Christmas for my granddaughter. Received the piano earlier then the expected date. Piano was great and granddaughter loved it.

Fast dispatch, great price. Would use again without a quibble. I don't mind writing reviews - however I think it would be nice to get some kind of voucher to cover the time taken to write one :-)
