Good service. Easy no quibble returns process. The product, though beautifully photographed, did not live up to expectations and I sent mine back and had my 15- year-old Seiko kinetic watch...

I ordered a philosopher watch during Christmas time with two straps (promotional) and I revised only one strap, and then there was no option to select the length or Dia on your website for the strap....
