We apologise for the lack of communication and we are super sorry about the longer time, but it is because you chose to backorder an item. More precisely, we are out of stock of your chosen watch and you have registered yourself for a pre-order list.
We will contact you immediately to talk further about all of it and try to solve the issue.
My watch arrived within a few days. It looks beautiful and I can't wait to give it to my husband for Christmas.

Quick delivery and response on questions. I wonder why there was no warranty with the watch?

Luckily, we do offer two year warranty from the date of purchase. If you had in mind some kind of paper version warranty coming together with the package, unfortunately, we do not do that as nowadays everything can be tracked in our system easily. Especially for the company with the sustainability concept behind the main idea is quite useful to avoid that waste of paper.
