The watch I purchased was beautiful. The watch band, however was too small, and my son had to order a replacement.
Delivery was really quick and I was kept updated as to when the watch was being shipped/delivered, product came well packaged and the watch is really pretty.

the wrist band barely fits my wrist making it difficult to wear the watch.

Regarding the date window, this is something we are working on, so thank you for letting us know how you feel about it.
About the straps, we do not offer shorter straps than the ones we have at the moment. What we usually offer in this cases is to exchange the watch for a smaller dial size, which matches shorter straps, and is potentially a perfect fit. However, in your case, we do not have a smaller version for the Philosopher, so you would have had to choose a different model as well in order to size down.
You're always welcome to do so if you wish though our Return Center within 14 days of delivery, as we mentioned in our response to you.
