Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry you're not satisfied neither with our products nor our service.
Regarding the clasp issue, we have checked all the correspondence we had been having with you and we did not find any records reporting there was an issue with the mesh strap, only that the strap resulted a bit too short for your wrist. Usually in these cases we either recommend exchanging the watch for a bigger size dial, that corresponds to longer straps; or switching to a nylon strap that is a bit longer and potentially a perfect fit.
We understand you then had some issues with our Return Center while trying to request the exchange since the email address registered for the purchase was different than the one you were using for the return request. Hopefully you found that our Customer Service team was helpful on noticing this mismatch and correcting this for you to proceed with, and successfully request, the return.
Regarding the plastic fork around the crown, as mentioned in our emails, is there to protect the watch from starting by itself and running without being in use. We're sorry it was difficult for you to remove it, but you should not be afraid to do so. It cannot harm the watch, but it's designed to stay put and not come off easily. We have not had any complaints so far on this, but we will consider adding some notice and instructions pointing this out, so thank you for the suggestion. That's on us on assuming it's self explanatory. We'll make sure to pass your comments along to the pertinent team and hopefully improve the experience for our customers in the future.

Watch arrived and was not working. Emailed customer service and it took more than a day to respond. Customer Service gave me a couple of suggestions as to how to get the watch to work. Problem not...

As we mentioned in our correspondence, we do not have a shorter version of the 32mm leather straps at the moment. We're sorry they were too long for your wife's wrists. We will, of course, forward your comments to the relevant team. As a start up company, feedback from customers like you is what makes us improve, and hopefully we will have an alternative for these situations in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write the review and sharing your experience with us. We're sorry the watch and presentation did not meet your expectations.
Returned watches are delivered to our offices for inspection, and every order is shipped out form our warehouse, so it's unlikely that you received a returned watch.
We did not find any mention on the presentation when you emailed us regarding the leather strap, so we can't exactly provide a reason for why the plastic fork was lose in the box. We might assume, though, that the package might have been mishandled in transit, and this could also be the explanation for the damage on the box. If, by any chance, you could provide images of this, we will take it up with the courier if this was the case. You may email them to hello@nordgreen.com.
However, you're always welcome to request an exchange free of charge within 14 days of delivery through our Return Center and replace the watch for a new one if you wished to do so.
