i got my watch without the strap which was included in the pack and had to back and forth over trying to prove i had not received my strap . i finally received it after a few days as i was on travel...

Watch face had several scratches after only one week. Customer service only offered a discount on a new watch! What good is that to me. Very dissapointed in the quality!
