Katie, I am really sorry that our product wasn't up to scratch and I hope Sophie and Victoria made the returns process as smooth as possible. We will add your ideas to our 'wish list' for the web guys. Another part of the reason that inter-leaving isn't used is that it was mainly inserted when all houses suffered from damp and it used to soak up the moisture so the photos didnt get damaged..We will look to be more imformative as well. Many thanks again for leaving us feedback and giving us the opportunity to improve..Tom (MD Noble Macmillan)
