Consistently contact me too late every year I ask to be contacted weeks in advance so I can look for the most competitive quote and best insurance for me . It leaves me little time to make decisions...

Very good service which was only let down by not being able to access my policy when needed for my Niceic annual assessment but this was sorted quickly and efficiently by phone and policy emailed...
