The agravation of trying to make a claim, the Covea paperwork has a phone number on it but when you use it you are told to contact your broker, had to use Google to get the NICEIC insurance services...

i am still waiting on my policy to check it etc (now 01.09.20). i can only guess its been sent to the wrong email address as its not been recieved/in my junk mail etc?
