Poor

Asked repeatedly for renewal price by email once contacted band was ignored until day of renewal . Then it had gone up by 50% . I was less than impressed . The NICEIC is not longer an association to...

Thank you for your message saying you need to check detail . I asked repeatedly for a costing on the policy with no changes to any detail on my side . I’ve been insure thru these for a few years . It’s the first time I’ve been treated this way . It’s not about me answering a telephone call it’s about responding to my emails in some form or another which I would hv thought appropriate considering I was responding g to an email they sent reminding me my renewal was due in a few weeks time … I don’t think the issue is resolved

I Hv had an email saying that I was over charged and that would hv been discussed if I had spoken to them . I did speak to an operative who I did challenge about the cost so I’m afraid I’m sceptical about the change of heart . . I wouldn’t normally be so unhappy but repeated mailing being ignored I’m afraid didn’t suit me . If I ignored email I’d hv no business . I’ve nothing more to say except I remain unconvinced and dont t wish toplay ping pong with messages to you going forwards as that is how I see it continuing
