Not very good service

you can not log in to your own portfolio to check paper work and invoice. I have raised this issue last year and I thought they sorted out but still not. aslo i have asked to email me the invoice but...

THEY COULD COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION INSTEAD OF LEAVING THEIR CLIENT HANGING AND THEN NOT BEING INSURED WHILST THINKING THEY HAVE YOU COVERD.
