Many thanks for taking the time to leave an honest review with us of your experience. We do appreciate your comments which give us chance to keep improving our service. I hold my hands up and confess that an imperfection in our aftersales process has led to your frustration and as per my email I do apologise that this has happened to you. However, I can thankfully report that as a direct result of your comments we've managed to fix the root cause of the issue so that it doesn't happen again. We've held a meeting with the staff members involved to make sure that everyone understands why it happened, what we've done to fix it and how each of us could have responded better. We're not perfect, but that's not going to stop us from striving for perfection in every customer interaction we have. I hope that you'll give us a second chance to prove ourselves; we're genuinely gutted that you've been disappointed and seek to give you the standard of service that you and all our customers have come to expect of us.
