Thank you for contacting us in the first instance to us allow us to help resolve this. I can see that you place two separate orders for the two mascaras so have now combined these and refunded the duplicated postage. Likewise I have refunded the postage on the Eyecare site so you have now only paid once. Hopefully this helps restore your faith in our service.
