Thank you for your review and I am sorry for this. I can see we requested the part but was unaware that this happened. I am pleased the issue is sorted now and looking into this further can see a second part was sent but the courier seemed to have lost it.
They were very helpful when i had problems with the delivery company in relation to delivering upstairs without a lift.
The gentleman i spoke to was very understanding and helpful.
