I ordered online...everything was great however I would have liked to have the choice to have the packaging removed.
It could be reused by the company and obviously save costs for them

Not happy at all with my mattress. It's so bouncy and it's not easy to fall asleep.

It leaves a dent in the mattress. Once you fold up the sofa, it flattens out a bit. But I don't know how long that will last. Maybe in a few months there will be a hole in the mattress.
