Very helpful and responsive. My only concern was that a hotel booking confirmed and paid under 241 was supposed to result in a specific confirmation from the hotel and that didn't happen.

Great servive
It was great being able to actually speak to someone in person. So often you have to do it all by e mail etc and it is so impersonal.

offered a normal not 241
service was okay but I thought I was working with the 241 which is attached to Worldmark.
I would of rather used the correct on.
